Old Hickory Barbecue, Inc. has been in business since the 1950's. Our mission is and always has been to provide the best barbecue that can be found.

What started as an old family recipe has developed into a tradition. Our recipe includes slow-roasting our pork and then adding the finest seasonings. The Old Hickory family prides itself in providing genuine pork products to its customers. None of our retail products contain any textured vegetable protein, better known as "fillers".

Our products can be found in grocery stores, restaurants, universities, and school systems. Of course, a visit to our production facility will also allow you to purchase the freshest barbecue you can find.
